The first few trading days of January have reminded investors that we’re still operating in a manic market. Each of the major indexes has closed at a new all-time high in January, and as of the market opening on Jan. 8, all the indexes were positive for the year.
Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN) may be the dominant e-commerce retailer that’s pushed big retail to adapt or crumble under pressure, but with the firm now boasting a $2.6 trillion market cap, it isn’t the same growth star it used to be.
GM, STRT, GTX and REVG are all up more than 50% YTD, and still have more upside potential heading into 2026.
