American, Southwest Lead Rally Of Airline Stocks

Semiconductor stocks declined sharply on Tuesday, with Nvidia and its peers coming under pressure after fresh concerns emerged about the financial trajectory of OpenAI. Nvidia shares fell about 1.5% in trading, reversing some of the previous session’s gains when the stock closed at a record high after rising 4%.

Memory component prices had begun normalizing over the last two months, after surging >4x fueled by ‘RAMpocalypse’-style demand from the AI infrastructure ecosystem. However, recent labor strikes at Samsung’s memory fabs have disrupted global DRAM and NAND supply, possibly reversing price normalization and reigniting upward momentum for component prices.

Low price-to-sales stocks like SCVL, AHKSY, APLE, PAM and FAF screen as undervalued picks, with notes on debt, cash flow and business momentum.
